At Manifest Magic Co., we want shipping expectations to be as clear as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.
✨ Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Processing time is the amount of time it takes for us to prepare, package, and get your order ready for shipment.
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
These are two separate timeframes.
For example, if your order has a 2–4 business day processing time and you select Express Shipping, your order will first be processed and prepared, then the express delivery timeframe begins once the carrier receives it.
🤎 Standard Shipping
Processing Time: 2–4 business days
Estimated Shipping Time: 3–7 business days after processing
Standard Shipping is our regular delivery option and is perfect if you do not need your order urgently.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please remember that the 3–7 business day delivery estimate begins after your order has completed processing.
⚡ Express Shipping
Processing Time: 2–4 business days
Estimated Shipping Time: 1–3 business days after processing
Express Shipping provides faster carrier delivery once your order has been prepared and shipped.
Selecting Express Shipping does not shorten our processing time.
Your order will still require approximately 2–4 business days for processing, followed by approximately 1–3 business days for express delivery.
✨ Preorder Items
If your planner is marked PREORDER, the preorder production and processing timeframe applies before either Standard or Express Shipping begins.
For example:
Preorder Production: Approximately 4–6 weeks
+ Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days
OR
Preorder Production: Approximately 4–6 weeks
+ Express Shipping: Approximately 1–3 business days
Choosing Express Shipping on a preorder will not make the planner finish production faster. It only provides faster delivery once the planner is ready and shipped.
📅 Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.
💌 Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow the carrier time to update your tracking information after your shipping label has been created.
