Shipping policy

✨ PREORDER ITEMS

Items marked PREORDER are reserved from an upcoming production batch and are not available for immediate shipment.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for preorder processing and production before your order ships.

Once your planner is ready and has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Carrier delivery times are separate from the preorder processing timeframe and may vary depending on your location.

We always hope to get your planner to you sooner, but the estimated timeframe allows for production, quality checks, receiving inventory, packaging, and preparing your order with care. 🤎

If there is ever a significant unexpected delay, we will notify you by email.

✨ IN-STOCK ITEMS

Items marked IN STOCK are available and ready to be processed for shipment.

Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and packaged.

Once shipped, estimated carrier delivery is approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on the way. 💌

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
